SHIPPING INFORMATION
We use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries and our website has been loaded with the Australia Post direct Shipping costs. You can choose Parcel Post, Express Post or International Delivery at checkout and pricing will be clear.
Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders within Australia are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Orders from outside Australia are dispatched within 2 business days and are carried by Air freight. Delivery times are estimated at between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our products and your purchase satisfaction is important to us. If any products are damaged or incorrectly supplied then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to refuse claims made outside of this time frame.
We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or feel that the product does not suit your skin type. While we cannot cater to every individual skin, we aim to formulate products that are suitable for most skin types.
Our products are handmade and in small batches and our lavender oil and other botanical ingredients grown on the farm can have seasonal variation in fragrance, so your products sometimes might vary in smell or texture. We ensure the quality doesn't change though and hope you enjoy the artisan nature of them.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us via email before arranging return. We can only exchange products that are unopened and in original packaging. Once returns are received we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
